Freight & placing your order Once your shopping list is complete, please select “Checkout”. You will then be directed to the checkout process where your details and method of payment can be selected. Payment options are PayPal, money order, bank cheque or direct deposit. Please note that we do not accept personal cheques. Please follow the instructions and you will arrive at the final checkout process where you can confirm your order plus leave any additional instructions if necessary (such as “Send registered post” etc.... ). Once you have confirmed your order it will go into “pending status” and you will receive a confirmation email that we have received your order. Due to the nature of our product range it is very difficult to automate the charge for delivery so for this reason I will send you a confirmation email in less than 24 hours which includes the delivery charge to the specified address on your order along with payment details. and I will make the requested changes. Once payment has been received (payment within 7 days please), you will receive an email advising this. Your order will then be shipped within 36 hours and you will receive an email once your order has been sent. A quick word on freight…… Australia Post will calculate our standard box which measures 500mm long by 260mm wide x 250mm high based on its volumetric size, not weight. Our standard size box is calculated by Australia Post to be 9 kilograms even if it only contains 2kg worth of product. If I can send your order safely in a smaller package, I will do so. The quoted freight charge will reflect any reductions where possible for smaller packages. Finally, although registered post will cost you an additional $3.00 in freight, I believe such a decision offers good piece of mind. If you would like your order sent via registered post please specify this when placing your order.
